You could try Karmann Konnection, although I don't know how many cabriolet parts they carry. There's also BBT in Belgium:- https://www.bbt4vw.com/en/ or Chucks in the USA:- https://www.chucksconvertibleparts.com/ Either of those two would probably be able to help you. Cheers, Dave

It looks like Vewib in Germany make the seal, so you might try their UK distributors?
Thanks for all your help ,correct seal on its way to me..........
Great! Where did you buy from in the end?
On another point Im looking for an original style carpet set I've looked at Spirit of the 50s they appear very good anyone have an opinion or know where else I should be looking . All help really appreciated. stu:smile:
I don't know much about Spirit of the 50s so I can't comment on the accuracy of their carpets. I have heard that they're pretty good though. I know that Marcus Raeke in Germany does spot-on carpets for Splits & Ovals (including cabrios), but I don't know if he does them for later Beetles:- https://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/search.php?submit=yes&keywords=&type=text&stype=all&username=Beetlekey&yearfrom=&yearto=&pricefrom=&priceto=&model%5B%5D=§ion%5B%5D=64&wanted=show&zip=&zipdist=0&state%5B%5D=&usaregion=&country=&sort=date&sort_order=DESC&submitButton=Search Maybe also Himmelservice, again in Germany?:- https://www.himmelservice.de/english/home.html Dave |

I got my carpet from Newton Commercial, seems pretty good quality even though I didn't go for the expensive one.

If you're prepared to wait a little, try Wolfsburg West in California. www.wolfsburgwest.com I've got a set of their carpets for my Oval, and I'm really pleased with them. I also bought the entire rest of the interior for the car from them, and found them to to be very helpful and quite prompt in getting the stuff over to Scotland. Karmann Konnection might still be an agent for them here in the UK, so it might be worth your while making some enquiries there. Gavin.
