I'm currently trying to set up some t-shirt printing as a little sideline, specialising in automotive t-shirts. VW's first obviously, but hopefully expanding to cover other makes and models in the future.
So I wondered if there was any appetite for (yet another) pre67vw t-shirt? If so, what sort of thing this time?
I've attached a couple of previews of what I hope to be producing soon...

OK, so not many people expressed an interest - but I need to press ahead and print some shirts, so this is the new design anyway. Shirts will be pretty cheap when available (as a bit of a trial). I might also do a version with a small logo on the front and this design on the back, depends what people think.

Looks great Rob, I would like one please :d
Posted by: ianmac - 23 February 2015 22:34:11
Actually please make that two as I will probably wear when I go out in the bus or beetle which inevitably means it will get covered in oil and destroyed when we have some minor 'issue'....:omg:

I'm in. I always like the look of something on front and back. Small picture front, large one on the back.
I also liked you 2 convertible designs from the start of the thread.

Hi ET, do you want one with a small logo on the front and the design on the back? Or just with the design on the front?
And I haven't forgotten that there is no charge to you - we agreed that next shirt would be free when you gave me that Heb badge

Hi Rob!
I like the t-shirt design, and also the three right at the start of the thread, although maybe the first one, the green one with the camper, is a bit 'Fat Face', if you know what I mean. There are loads of shirts about of that type, the 'surf-bum' sort of thing. The other two though - excellent, I'd definitely have one if you did a run of them :-). I hope this honest feedback helps.
Can I bit of a PITA and ask about the sizes? A medium from one place can be bigger than a large from another, so I never know which to order. Can you maybe measure them? Armpit to armpit? That way we'll know just which size we need.
Sorry if it's a pain, and thanks.

Hi Orby1,
thanks for the feedback, much appreciated! They're standard Gildan shirts, so you may well have one already - but I can measure armpit to armpit if it helps.
Cheers,
Rob

Hi Rob. I just ordered matey - thanks for getting back to me above, and apologies for the delay!
As luck would have it I do indeed have a Gildan Tshirt in my wardrobe - Aircooled Apparel also use them :d !! I've had their one a couple of years now and it's still going strong, so I can re-assure everyone these will be good quality, and not 'cheap and nasty' rubbish.
Cheers.

Thanks for the speedy postage, Rob.
Lovely quality as predicted, and it just shows what a bargain these are when other places are charging double or more the price of these for their designs.
Nice one.
