Hi, I came across this performance mod whilst clearing aspace in the garage, its a venturi which was sold in Beetling & Safer Motoring to increase the flow thru the Type 1 Manifold. I cannot remember the company or their slogan . Dimensions the mod reduced the size to 26mm the gaskets are std 32mm The 1st photo is the top view the 2nd shows the underside Do you remember these? No but it sounds about as daft as those Broquet fuel improver things!
